This training and personal development session will consider the age-old divide of men and women in business but in particular, the issues both sexes face in getting to and staying in the boardrooms of the UK.

The session will look at the various issues business people encounter, regardless of gender, on their career path and how it helps to understand how the opposite sex has dealt with the matter.

Only by this insight can you then improve your skills and so your success levels.

The course will look at how the sexes deal with the following matters:-

• Self promotion
• Bullying and harassment
• Making friends and enemies and the repercussions of getting it wrong
• Building contacts
• Using your sexuality to get to the top
• Self -v- family
• Risk-taking in business
• Giving and receiving praise and feedback
• Talking straight or in code
• Asking for and giving help
• Negotiating techniques

The Workshops will leave delegates of both sexes aware of how the other half reacts and responds to the challenges in a boardroom and able to better understand how they can use these lessons to improve their career.
