Surviving The Recession

This is the time to concentrate on profit, not try and be a prophet, but more than profit its cash! We have all heard the expression ‘sales are vanity, profit is sanity’ but the saying ends and cash is bl**dy essential.

Most banks have put up the ‘closed’ sign one way or another, so new money is very difficult to access. On this basis whatever you do now don’t prejudice what you have. In other words if you have an overdraft or loan facility make sure you manage any covenants like a hawk. Any excuse to get rid of the facility will be taken by your funder so don’t give them a reason.
