Terrorists in Your Boardroom
Very sadly terrorism has touched too many people’s lives, but for some a different type of terrorism exists through those that sit in your Boardroom or interestingly recently in mine! This terrorist doesn’t bring nail bombs and cause death and maiming but they do destroy things including morale and if you let them, companies and so other people’s livelihoods.
One man’s terrorists is another man’s freedom fighter and my experience is the absolute certainty that the individual in question believes they are working for the greater good. The trouble is in many cases the greater good is their own!! Of course I am not the only board director to have to deal with this unnecessary and unprofessional behaviour.
