- Negotiate with the vendors in terms of both value and structure of the transaction
- Prepare business and financial plans to ensure the business potential is fully exposed and presented appropriately to funders
- Source funds from suitable funders whether they be equity (looking for a stake in the business) or debt (loan). We will also negotiate on covenants and general terms.
In every case we will ensure close management of the deal by liaising with all parties involved i.e. vendors, lawyers, accountants, auditors, funders etc., to ensure the deal is kept on track and you, the management, are allowed space to do your day job.
